Gradually Graduating...

One of ma female friend sent me this one...her writings are so 'Cute' just like her Pheww!! Don't miss the high lighten "Passport" scene!!

Remember the time when you were at college with your friends having fun. Then suddenly, you wonder what you would do when you graduate; you bite your lips.

Watching the campus-recruitment announcements become your favorite passtime. No flirting, no masti, no time for any fun. Your quest for information about companies of your interest, meet your seniors, get hold of sample test papers, study and more study. Your best friend becomes your competitor. Every time you miss a campus recruitment opportunity, you curse yourself. Oh, hell! You sulk for a week. Oh, sigh!

Internal exams drain you off your energy; board exams bring such relief that you plan a vacation. Back of your mind, "GET A JOB!" flashes every second. you sit in a movie hall, enjoying the movie, and then your mind flashes, "JOB!" You prepare your resume, apply to
every other company, and run from post to pillar in search of a job. Try, try, and try hard for an opportunity.

After you find a decent job, you want to excel and move up the ladder. You forget to notice the handsome, eligible bachelors at your office. Why? 'Cos you are profession-oriented; no time for
relationships. When you look at your friends polishing their nails, grooming themselves, and flirting with every other guy, you feel disgusted. When then come with their stupid love-breakup stories, "oh lord," you say.

While you succeed in your job, they sulk in their relationships. But they say, "Listen, work is not everything. Get into a relationship. It's an experience!"

Not that you don't have fun; just that your goals are different. You nod your head and say, "Dearies, I have responsibilities. My man is a special one. I'll find him." Another thing they do to brighten your dull life is to introduce you to their guy friends, guy friends' friends, their brothers or any stranger.

When they see you focused, they sigh, "We give you. Go to hell!" You laugh and hug them.

After a few years, you have become aunt to many little darlings (you friends' kids)! Their darling parents will again try to introduce you to new strangers.

"You dear don't you want to settle down?" they ask. You sigh. You stare at their concerned faces. You tap the desk. You twist your nose. You walk around.

Remember, they are watching you. You, then, sit still and look into their eyes. "Are you in love?" pops the question. You ask, "ME?" You wink and let your mind create a damn good romantic story.

"Oh well..." you begin. They are attentive; all ears. You clear your throat and cough a softly. One of them spring up to fetch you water; oh, look how curious they are! You gulp down the water. Then you begin your story; you should sound real, "I met a guy..." Before you complete your sentence, they bombard you with questions, "WHAAAAAT? WHO? WHERE? WHEN? HOW? WHY?"

You roll your eyes; you plot needs to be well-planned. You excuse yourself, "I'll your your rest room. Need to pee..." Did you hear that, "ARGH! She finds excuses! ALWAYS!" You can hear them arguing, "You should have put sense into her head."

And, you, moron, lock yourself in the bathroom for an hour; counting the corners of the room! Haha! "Are you done??" you hear them call. Decide your next story-line. Walk brave. Relax. So, you sit and then continue with your story.

You describe the guy; "Brown eyes, sharp nose, full lips..." Tell them you met him in the airport when you traveled abroad. Tell them about how you liked his smile. Tell them this, that, and everything. Don't give them a chance to interrupt you, remember. Go on and on and on. At one point, you realize they are engrossed in your words.

That's the time when you slightly blush. Tell them that they brought back fond memories and you n-e-e-d to give him a call. Excuse yourself and run out of their house.

"When you walk on the calm roads, you smile at the fact that they failed to realize that you don't have a passport." You discovered something, "HEY!I am gonna change my profession! I should write a few novels!" So, again, you go from post to pillar with your manuscripts.

Sigh, your hunting continues... job or man?

How I make a gal friend?

It first starts with an usual or an unusual (for some) trivialities. It could be anything from A to Z, Seed to Woody, Petty shop to Microsoft and Tom Cruise to Star Cruise. The different levels (call it by stage) I must do something acutely foolish to which the girl reacts in some (distinct) way. Now my active (I believe) subconscious for the purpose of overlooking my absurdity – interprets her behavior as aloof and eccentric. I would say ‘Cute harmless eccentricities’??. To the least, I started to believe 'Yes, it is..Oops!' 'Yes, she is the one!'

If our frequencies match and fate permits (to the core), rest all assured intimacy sets in. Let me call it as the next level, being called as ‘falling-in-love’ stage. Let me tell you that there surely is love present in some slight degree. But blame it on its dilution which is 1 drop to 1 billion in the sea of our friendship, that it goes ignored as far as the girl is concerned. :-(

It is time for me/her (if at all the wonder happens..but I saw a couple of wonders LOLz!) to say the three magical words. The answer decides the fate of the friendship. To the planet, it looks awkward or to the least it is called 'Flirt' but who else in this planet doesn't have the calorie's Haan? I have that a little extensive than ppl Phewww!!

The 'Scrutinize' still rules me... yet to find the one right thing (person/girl) to be hold. Wish me good luck guys :-)!

Reason and Passion

"Reason, ruling alone, is a force confining; and passion, unattended, is a flame that burns to its own destruction. Therefore let your soul exalt your reason to the height of passion; that it may sing; And let it direct your passion with reason, that your passion may live through its own daily resurrection, and like the phoenix rise above its own ashes."

To accept advice is to ensure self-progress.

Expression:

The natural state of the self is to ensure progress. Everything that is done by the self is for its progress. But the one who rejects advice rejects the progress of the self. To accept advice means to take the chance for whatever benefit that comes my way.

Experience:

When someone corrects me or gives me an advice or suggestion, if I accept it in the right spirit, I'll constantly learn from it. This will enable me to experience constant progress. I am also naturally able to give regard to everyone I come into contact with and remain in constant happiness.

Love for positivity brings progress.

When I have love for positivity, I will not be able to have negative thoughts for a long time. I will naturally put in effort, both internally and externally to come back to positivity. So this positivity spreads around to others too and serves in creating a positive environment.

Experience:

Because of my love for positivity, I begin to enjoy creating and maintaining positive thoughts. When there is experience of positivity within, there is the natural desire to sustain it. Then no negative thoughts or feelings are encouraged. Slowly I find myself being only positive.

Sivaji Fever got over?! Chumma pera keta athiruthulla!

P.S. The guys who were expecting my point of view about Sivaji-> its here my boys. "Late ah vandhalum makka latest ah varum-la".

It's quite a hard assignment when it comes to review Superstar's movie. It was an enriching bright morning when we guys eagerly went into the cinema hall at Varanasi (theatre) for Sivaji. Being one of the biggest fan of Rajini kanth I never wanted to miss the first day first show.

I don't write much because you guys need to go n watch it, thrill it, boost it, chillax it at the theatre for real pleasure. (Imm hmmm, no no, no pirated's :-)) This one I could recall the very second movie which I enjoyed after 'Baasha' (Ofcourse, I truly enjoyed every single movies of Superstar. But these two are the true master blaster when it comes to style and action).

When I say the combo (Rajinikanth-Shankar-ARRehman-AVM) steal the show. The answer is that it does - to a very large extent! But the one and only hero on screen is our own 'Superstar' who truly amazing every single audience with his screen presence, dialogue delivery, and ofcourse his STYLE.

An NRI from USA drop in to his homeland with big dreams of doing something good for his fellowmen. Focussing on free education and medical care. When he wants to set up `Sivaji University` our corrupt system, the politicians as ever stand in his way. Sivaji has his Mama (Vivek) on right who is helping him with his project and also finds him Tamilselvi (Shriya) for life.

I have no words to speak about Tamilselvi (Shriya). She does her job glamourous on screen and Mr.Shankar you are genius in picturising songs. She is a glam doll looks like a statue on screen. WOW! is the one single word I hear from every single guys who sat next to me. Thanks to Manish Malhotra’s costumes, especially the suits and denims suit Rajini. Man, he is just too smart with the blazer.

Sivaji faces the businessman/kingmaker of politics Adhiseshan (Suman) who successfully runs a medical college and hospital. Adhiseshan crosses with Sivaji's project and he does his villain job by bringing our 'Thalaivar' to the street. Now the ball is on 'Thalaivar's' court to prove that when you throw a ball on the wall it will bounce back to you with a force. The break starts here tossing the 1 re coin with a dialogue "Poo vandha poo padhai, 'THALAI' vandha singa padhai'.

Then I don't speak about the Second half (Pretty good) to you guys since I want you to visit the Cinema hall for the rollercoster ride.

Since, I am a 'Tech Savvy' I don't look at the movie truly in Tech support shoes instead was very happy by the Technical team's effort for the movie. I truly appreciate for their hardwork and it reflects on screen. Now when it comes to music, ARR rocks in every single frame with his music. Background score is too good. Thotta tharani takes credit for the settings.

The trio worked very well. I watched 'Sivaji- The Boss' as 'Rajini-Shankar-ARR' movie. Overall, he is fun, he is the lover, he is the terror and finally he is 'The Boss'.

Trivia

# Suman, fits the villain's shoes very well. The way he looks, he walks, his spectacule, his mannerism and especially the Mercedes which he use. Kudos to you man!

# When ppl ask are you Sivaji? Rajini replies, 'Sivaji is gone, now I am back as MGR' (What a whistle and the sound uf, I still remember I took some medicine to bring my tone back LOLz)

# Who is this? Boss - Motta Boss (and the style as you could see)

# The message to guys who says I am the next SUPERSTAR?! Guys, its clear that he is the one and only SUPERSTAR as ever.

# Rajini fit Kamal's shoes (these two are the living legend and the best example for the friendship even though they are rivals) for the yesteryear blockbuster song 'Nethu rathiri Emma' Phewww!! He is the man!

# Athiradi and Style songs are fantastic to recall.

# I could recall 'The Matrix' style on the climax.

# We hafto sit till the screen closes to look our Country for the betterment words. Its true and its gonna be a dream come true. We work together to bring it to the reality.

What for you guys are waiting? I am going for another round after the hatrick watch on the first day! Come on man, lets go together for one more!

Focus on Goals.

To consider problems to be a game is to move forward with lightness.

Expression:

Even when the most difficult problem comes my way, I am able to give my best when I understand the significance of whatever is happening. Because I never experience being subservient to the problem, I am always a master.

Experience:

When I understand that problems are just a game, I am able to play whatever part I have to, externally. But internally I will experience lightness knowing that this is the part I have to play. It would be easy to understand the significance of the part that I am playing and remain happy.

Marked by pleasure!

Yea, it was one of the finest day for me (18th Jun '07)! I took up the task to complete the Microsoft certification which was pending for quite a long time in my store. I attempted this one on February 2005 but failed to score the green.

As said by 'Henry Ford'--> “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently." I believe I did it more intelligently this time. Thanks for the prayers from all ma loved one's especially 'Sri' who said 'I have the confidence in you man!'

The ones who work towards perfection naturally inspire perfection in others.

Expression:

All life's situations are lessons for bringing about progress, for the one who is committed towards perfection. Such a person never expects others to be perfect, knowing that every human being has his own weaknesses. He is instead able to accommodate others' weaknesses. He only inspires others to bring about transformation and work towards perfection.

Experience:

When I am constantly working towards bringing perfection within myself, I am able to take everything that happens to me in a positive way, as a chance for bringing about self-progress. Also I am able to keep myself positive seeing only the goodness in the other individual and encouraging it. So I am able to enjoy each moment of my life.

Aaj Jaane Ki Zid - Urdu Poetry

Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Tonight, don’t insist on leaving
Yunhi pehlu mein bethey raho
Sit here close to me
Haaye mar jaayein ge
I will die
Hum to lutt jaayein ge
I will be lost
Aisi baatein kiya na karo
Don't say such things
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Tonight, don’t insist on leaving

Tumhi socho zara
Just ponder for a second
kyu'n na rokein tum
hey Why shouldn't I stop you?
jaan jaati hai jab uth ke jaatey ho tum
When my life leaves every time you go
tum ko apni qasam jaan-e-jaa'n
I swear to you, my love
baat itni meri maan lo
Listen to my one request
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Tonight, don’t insist on leaving

Waqt ki qaed mein zindagi hai magar
Life is trapped in time's prison but
chand gharriya'n yahi hain jo aazaad hain
These are the few moments that are free
inko khho kar kaheen jaan-e-jaa'n
By losing them, my love
umr bhar na tarastey raho
Don't start a life of regret
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Tonight, don’t insist on leaving

Kitna masoom aur rangeen hai yeh sama
How innocent and colorful is the weather
husn aur ishq ki aaj me'raj hai
It is the reign of beauty and love
kal ki kis ko khabar jaan-e-jaa'n
Who knows what tomorrow will bring
rok lo aaj ki raat ko
Let's stop this night right here
Aaj jaane ki zid na karo
Tonight, don’t insist on leaving

This one single poetry really made me to listen a lot of things and made me to think a lot of things how precious the one ppl fallen in?! Thanks a bunch to ma sweetheart (Sri) who posted this to me. Ciao!

Where there is contentment, problems finish.

Expression:

Contentment enables one to have a positive outlook towards life. So the one who is content always works towards solutions, as he is never disturbed with situations, but is always relaxed. This automatically brings the ability to contribute to others and give them the support to bring progress within them. Such a person works for his own self-progress too.

Experience:

When I am content with everything that is happening, I am able to be light in all situations. So even in the biggest difficulty, I am never caught up with the problem, but am always thinking of the solution. My mind is busy with finding the solution, so internally I remain unaffected with the problem.

An inspired reader

Rohit wakes up at home with a huge hangover. He forces himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins and a glass of water on the side table. He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. Rohit looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house.

He takes the aspirins and notices a note on the table. "Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go shopping. Love You!" So he goes to the kitchen and sure enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating. Rohit asks, "Son, what happened last night?"

His son says, "Well, you came home around 3 AM, drunk and delirious. Broke some furniture, puked in the hallway, and gave yourself a black eye when you stumbled into the door". Confused, Rohit asks, "So, why is everything in order and so clean, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me? I should expect a big quarrel with her!"

His son replies, "Oh, that! Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she tried to take your clothes n shoes off, you said, "Lady leave me alone! I'm married!"

Notebook vs Laptop

What is the difference between a laptop and a notebook computer?

Big Day!

Part I

Eternity as a timeless existence. It was a big day (10th June 2007) for me n ma mumma. Yes, it was her b'day and I could say that one of my dream came true. It was a surprise that I took her to 'The Residency' a star hotel in the town.

I remember telling ma friends and family long back that taking ma mumma for her b'day to 'The Residency' and a couple laughed but yesterday it was an amazing day to recall. I booked a table for 4 (Mumma, grani, bobby chithi n me) when the taxi logged into the Hotel ma mumma was in a state of amazement.

Haven't visited many places in her lifetime, this is the 3rd time me n ma mumma taking food at the hotel. She was lil edgy bt den later I made her 'Feeling at ease'. We had a lot of chat. Mumma, grani n bobby's eyes were roaming into the different atmosphere (they may watched it in many serials at Sun, Vijay and Jaya TV).

She(mumma) felt intense pleasurable excitement and was lil emotional. I don't want to pull her tears (it was about to) instead I cracked a lot of fundas, jokes and pulled Bobby into the game to make them feel comfortable. Mumma wants to have an ice cream (ofcourse without ice cream how its gonna be a party hmm?) Its not only for an ice cream but she wants to have it in the bowl :-)

Imm, the masterpiece is the cake :-) I ordered that earlier to give it a surprise to my mumma and what a fantastic moment it was? I can feel it one more time by closing my eyes now. Later shot a couple of snaps. Here is the snap of 'A child's first birthday party'

Before we call wind up we need to settle the bill? Oh yea, since it was her day I want to make her feel that this is her b'day treat for us. I made her use the Credit card (add on card which I bought for her before a couple of years back but she never used it). All that was between her and the treat was her signature on the merchant copy.

Now, when we call wind up (for the lunch), mumma was walking with lot of smile on her face saying 'Thank you', 'Thank you' and 'Thank you' to whomever she receive (Hotel staffs) on the lobby.

Part II

Oh yea, now its time for shopping! We were at 'Sri Devi Textiles' (they call it as a Kovai kancheepuram) hmmm guess wat? They started their hunt (mumma, grani n bobby) for sarees n I told ma mumma since I am sitting Idle she gave me a green signal by smiling at me when I was looking at a gal beside me;-) Eventhough I didn't tell her she knew very well my eyes can't be paused Phewww!!

Purchasing sarees are over!!!! (luckily Sanu didn't join with us, uf if she would have accompanied I would only a get a chance to bring them out from the shop by next week) n she want to gift me a towel which I was probing her for quite a long time. It was on the ground floor looking at the towel section mumma called up a guy who was standing in the section and asked him to show the towels. He was shocked because he was a customer ;-) LOLz. Then I need to apologize him for the misinterpret.

P.S. When I noticed his friend he was making some gala's with him. Why did u dressup like this? See ppl are getting confused hahaha.

Part III

Now, its time to convert the coins into 'Bangles'. She is confident about her findings and we chosen her a different style which gave a royal look for her hand. Then a ring for ma Cousin's new born baby boy. It was totally a fun filled day with lot of emotions. This day is having much meaning or value! Another day to remember in my life for sure. Guys wish ma mumma a great peaceful second half.

Trivia

# 2 important calls for ma mumma from ma loved one's. One is ma ex-manager Mr.Prasath (KP) and ma sweetheart Srilatha Rebala.

# Sri was exacting to speak in Tamil?! Enno nalla irukeengala and odamba pathukongo is the two things which I taught her...hehehe Somehow she managed to do that Phewwww ;-)

# I felt the State of anxiety and distress watching the 'Salesman' at Sri devi Textiles. He doesn't have a good cloth to wear and I suggested him to get one nice shirt since he is showing us a lot of good clothes. We are still in the society to change a lot of things!

# Bargaining part at the road side (handkey) salesman was awesome. Mumma n bobby were fighting with him for some discount. The amount wasn't so big, its for 1 rupee ;-)

Week off

It was ma day off yesterday. Since I was at ma hometown, I visited a couple of places to complete the pending tasks and I had a chance to meet ma old pal and I spent some time with him filling an application form for Personal Account Number (PAN).

The thing I would like to recall here is 'PPL in this world can't change their character' (Nature) completely. He is one of the best example. Had a couple of arguments (Healthier) and I tried to express what it is and how it is (from my point of view) asusual LOLz.

Later, I bought a notebook (Executive) from a stationary shop nearby ma home and it looks damn good. Something very impressive (according to me). Hmmm, and then coming home, I saw ma granpa was getting in home to open the front door to park his golden 'Bicycle' (this was the one which I used to put newspapers in my early days, from where I started ma career)

I took permission from him to ride his bicycle for a round and it was an awesome experience to drove it after a very long time. Ma granpa is very sensitive about his Bicycle by the way :-)

Things looked pretty good and I was just back from the backpain. Especially, I could proudly recall the road in ma hometown and it rocks for sure. Too much of traffic and places are getting a new penumbra..Pretty good to see ma hometown growing big!

The amazing Infosys story

Down memory lane to The fantastic Infosys campus

I truly enjoyed reading every single word from the article. I could recall this one piece from Mrs. Sudha Murthy

Murthy was always broke. He always owed me money. We used to go for dinner and he would say, 'I don't have money with me, you pay my share, will return it to you later.' For three years, I maintained a book of Murthy's debts to me. No, he never returned the money and I finally tore it up after our wedding. The amount was a little over Rs 4,000.'

But now? Fingers crossed!! In 1981, it was Mr.Murthy's idea to start Infosys. Mr.Murthy had a dream, and no money. So Mrs.Sudha gave him Rs 10,000, which she had saved without his knowledge. Mr.Murthy and his six colleagues started Infosys in 1981.

The crisis, and how Infosys began to grow...its from here

I could say I am the One who ardently admires Mr.Murthy. Imagining that I could still follow his footpath to Success. Wish me guys good luck :-)!

Key Milestones

What a perfect shot? But there were a lot of criticism on this Leader in his early days. Now from the crisis building to the latest Infy campus @ Noida

Definitely, there is no doubt in saying that he is one of the Positive role model for guys like me. Wanna read a complete article on 'The amazing Infy Story'? That's right and guys and gals here it is

Believe inability

But when you give a break between the words 'in' and 'ability' it gives you the Positive colour

Never Give Up On Anything

Expression:

Every human being has an innate positive nature because of the inherent qualities of love, peace, happiness etc. that are within. Introversion, the practice of looking within, enables one to be in constant touch with oneself and one's true nature. It helps express these qualities in everything that is done. Because of having practiced for a long time with them, these qualities emerge very naturally at the time of need.

Experience:

The practice of being introverted helps me in experiencing those qualities within me, which otherwise remain hidden during difficult situations. Thus it makes me have true self-respect and enables me to finish my ego. It also gives me the power to recognise and accept my mistakes, thus giving me the courage to work on them successfully.
