Failure is celebration time!

Failure is my favorite subject. For I have spent my life failing. My failures have not been once in a lifetime event. They have been too numerous even to begin listing them here. Let me brag a bit more. My failures have never been ordinary failures. Whenever I failed, I was literally on the street not knowing where my next meal would come from.

Jim Rohn, the foremost success and motivational guru of our century, and a person I admire most, once said failures should conduct seminars so that we can learn from their failures. That is why I got inspired to write this piece.

Failure is celebration time!

The history is full of people who failed even thousands of times and what they did with those failures have made humankind lead a life which would have been unimaginable but for those failures. Whether it be Thomas Edison or a Colonel Sanders, their failure have created products and lifestyles which have changed the way the world lives.

Therefore, what happens when a determined individual fails and how does failures ultimately become a celebration?

People who fail often are natural leaders

Leaders Do. They re-do. They do not wait for precedence and play safe. They are looking at the future and willing to take calculated risks to embrace a future that would make life better for others. They are perfectly willing to fail in the bargain. They take responsibility for their failures and learn from it. They have passion for what they do and improve upon their failures and persist until they make a success of it.

People who fail learn more

The leaders thrive on failures. They in fact seem to welcome and embrace it. Because they know they can make a difference, they never fear failure. They persevere in spite of failures. Every failure for them is learning on how not to do something or how to do it better. For the achievers failure is the way of life. Every failure makes them that much more determined to succeed.

Failure as a weapon

Failure is a weapon for true blue leaders. They learn the disciplines through their failures. They sharpen themselves against the grindstone of failure. There is no excuse for failure, only a determination to succeed.

Failures programs you to success

Every failure has a built in mechanism to auto correct and reprograms you for success. Therefore, failures are just a way of programming you to improved success. You only need to activate the auto correct mechanism and give it all you got for it to work successfully.

Fear of failure is the biggest roadblock to your success. When you have overcome the fear of failure, you have overcome your procrastination and excuses for inaction. Thereafter you are well on your way to fail, learn, and succeed like never before.

If you have started to fail is not it time for celebration? You are already well on the road to success!

Amy Berry Kisses - The name of ma Lappy

Finally, the day came (May 13th 2007, 7.16 PM) to name ma lappy. Guy’s n gals don't sneak up to hear this name. It was quite a long time to find the name for ma gal since myself and ma friend Rebala breaking heads for one. We started from 'Chocolates' to 'Little lover' and we hunt from Latin, Espanola, Arabic, French to Italy.

Nothing was so impressive!!! Finally (13th May) we sat on the pleasant Sunday eve, I cud recall the 'Romantic sunlight' n Rebala was cute ;-) with her usual smile (that led me to confirm one 2day). The names that we hit are 'Amorette', 'Ms.L', 'Candy' and a couple more.

Can't hold the breath?? It's 'Amy Berry Kisses'. Since ppl call me Romantic ;-) Pheww?! I name ma lappy wid d cute romantic name. After all the 1-month (around 27 days) of search, we named her ;-) I immediately called up ma mumma to call ma lappy with the name and She (Mumma) was struggling to pronounce the complete name bt she was very comfy by calling her 'Amy', 'Amy' and 'Amy' in the ears (speakers) of ma lappy LOLz. Crazy kya? Of course ma mumma 'Charms spoken' Amy. I love you mumma :-)

And then the 2nd person is Rebala (who jumped to spell it hehehe), came close to the cam to spell 'Amy', 'Amy' and 'Amy' and then me kissed 'Amy' and spelled her name :-) Now she (Amy) is on ma bed sleeping on ma pillow..The one gal whom I gave permission to sleep on ma bed is 'Amy' (U hafto believe it at ny cost) ;-) Phewww!!

I love you Mumma

Hi to everyone....a special day is on the way! What's the name for this day anyway - come on and yell it out....Try it again....

That's the special day every year the second sunday of May in our world to honour our mothers - whether they are young - or old, as a sign of your love - and our love - for those who gave us birth and for those who cared for us a mother cares for a child.

Of course being someone’s mother does not mean that one person had to give birth to the other. There are step mothers, adoptive mothers, and surrogate mothers who step in when needed no matter who else is involved to soothe, help, love, and encourage an individual.

And I am dedicating this day to every mom in the world. The world is really beautiful because of Mother's.

I am praying here for all the loveable mother's in the world. Let's really mean how special they are! Before handing out the carnations and singing our hymn, let us pray together, repeating after me....

"Gracious and loving God - we thank you for our Mothers - and we pray all good things for them - may we their children - live as one - and may our world - be a safe place - for all everyone".

P.S. Everyday is Mother's day, but this day is very special and dedicated for all Mom's in this Planet.

To have the ability to listen is to learn

Expression:

When there is the ability to listen there is the ability to understand others and what they are saying. So the one who listens is able to learn from every situation and each and every person whom he comes across. So what he does and what he speaks is much more effective.

Experience:

When I understand that I am a student for my entire life, I am able to be open to learning. So I am able to listen whole-heartedly. Then, instead of only putting across what I have to say, I am able to pay attention to what others are saying too. I am thus able to enrich myself with new treasures constantly.

To search for solutions is to use resources for the right cause.

Expression:

Usually a lot of energy and time is wasted to find the cause of something that goes wrong. But thinking about that only wastes the resources that could be used for finding solutions. So it is not necessary to understand the causes but to find solutions. So the one who understands this fact is able to make the best use of available resources to correct the situation.

Experience:

Being focused on the solution rather than on the problem, I am able to use all my inner resources in the right way. I am free from complaints and am able to put in effort to do the best in the given situation. I am constantly happy and content because I know that there is a solution for every problem.

To successfully transform something waste into something powerful and meaningful is to look beyond the situation and see what it has to teach. When there is the ability to do this, there is the ability to go on in spite of the most challenging obstacles. There is the deep understanding that nothing happens without a purpose. There is no time or energy wasted in wasteful company.

Experience:

When I understand the significance of everything that happens, I am able to transform in a second. So I am able to remain light because I am able to put in sincere effort and free myself from the burden of waste. I also find that there is no problem in my relationships too, as I am able to understand others and behave accordingly.

Sun Music Caller

It was just an accident, because I never used to listen to the callers at Sun music (if u guys knows the tamil channel). Many times I wonder y the 'Anchors' are using an artificial smile everytime?! But today around 11.15 am, hmm yea (exactly on that time) a gal (Anchor- Donno her name) who really had a nice chat with the particular caller. The reason why I am writing here is not a mystery by the way! It's just the name of the caller which impressed me a lot.

Her name is 'Sandhana Chozhai' who has 2 other sister's called 'Sentamizh Chozhai' and 'Latchumy Chozhai'. When the Anchor asked 'Sentamizh Chozhai' to sing a song, wow man the lil sister of 'Sandhana Chozhai' sung very well. She is having a beautiful voice which everyone can ask for one more.

# The name of the Caller's home is 'Mutamizh Cholai' (Because 3 sisters are named Mutamizh, wat a poetric name and the poetric father?)

After a long time

It was one of the finest evening (May 3rd) for me after a very long time. I was with ma brother (logna) n we had a nice time at 'Hotel Brindavan'. It was just a couple of hrs but really worth to recall. 2 cigs lightened at the same time n shared the same cig whn v were out of stock LOLz.

Had recalled a couple of instance and I had a chance to speak to his friends about the relationship which I hold with him. Na, I really miss you da. Later we had a quick dinner at 'Fish Stall' (The hotel was changed da, huh renovated hmmm pretty gud) had dosa shared, an omlette and an off boil (Phewww!).

A warm hug and then a promise that we gonna go meet up very soon...Miss u n papa a lot :-)

To forgive is to give correction.

Expression: When there is forgiveness, the harm of the mistake is forgotten. The mistake itself is remembered only to the extent that the correction is to be given. So there are no negative feelings expressed even while giving correction. And the words that are used are few but prove to be very effective.

Experience: When I learn the art of forgiving I am able to be free from the burden of negative and waste thinking. So there is never any difficulty in giving correction when necessary. The mind is free from the attitudes of the past and it creates harmony in relationships even if the opinions or personalities don't match.
